Business Central Senior Consultant

In this role you drive ERP implementation projects focused on Business Central, delivering configuration, testing, and documentation to ensure successful client outcomes. You collaborate with client teams, support training delivery, and uphold Armanino's implementation standards. You will continuously learn and propose process improvements to strengthen methodologies. This role offers hands-on client work, cross-functional collaboration, and opportunities to develop certifications within a supportive culture.

• Perform consulting services for Business Central projects across documentation, configuration, testing, and issue tracking
• Engage with clients to deliver exceptional implementation support and service
• Build and maintain client relationships, communicating task status and representing the company
• Configure, customize, and validate systems per customer requirements
• Develop and assist academy-led training content and expertise
• Learn and apply Armanino implementation standards and tools/docs
• Create and maintain programming and project documentation
• Support end-user and administrator remote training
• Adopt configuration/programming and documentation best practices
• Pursue continuous knowledge growth through research and self-study
• Identify and propose process, methodology, and best-practice improvements
• Participate in company trainings and pursue necessary certifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 5 years' ERP implementation experience with Business Central (BC) or NAV
• Experience in a progressive consulting or professional services firm
• Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, aligned with firm and client goals
• Client-facing experience with problem-solving and a positive attitude
• Experience with multiple add-ons or ISVs
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
